Rosalyn M. Meadow, Ph.D. is a licensed psychologist and sex therapist in private practice for over 35 years. She is a Diplomate in Sex Therapy in Phoenix.  Dr. Meadow has lectured at Universities and Colleges, and she has trained physicians and psychotherapists in the areas of sexual dysfunction, sex therapy, the LGBTQ community, and eating disorders.  Her book, "Good Girls Don't Eat Dessert: Women's Conflicts About Eating and Sexuality", has been widely received. Dr. Meadow has treated pre- and post-operative members of the transgender community and been a consultant to psychologists, psychotherapists and lawyers in the areas of sex therapy and transgender issues.

Dr. Meadow has provided psychotherapy for individuals and couples for depression and anxiety, eating disorders, and transgender counseling  in Phoenix, as well as for couples with marital and sexual issues.
